4. Items Available in Supermarkets Outside Gwangjang Market: Seasoned Seaweed, Gim Bugak

1) Grilled Seaweed(조미김, 돌자반) with salt
- Do not buy large sheets like A4 paper; those are for grilling or making gimbap. Purchase packs of individually wrapped, palm-sized pieces. These are roasted with oil and sprinkled with salt, typically eaten with rice.
- Alternatively, buy "Doljaban(돌자반)" flakes. These are seasoned seaweed flakes with sesame seeds and other spices, used to mix with rice or other dishes.
- "Seongyeong Seaweed(성경 김)" featuring a map of Korea is famous.

2) Gim Bugak(김 부각) = Fried Seaweed
- You can find it in large supermarkets like e-mart, but offline stores might run out of stock.
- To buy products locals generally eat at home, visit a large 'E-Mart(이마트)' instead of 'E-Mart24' convenience stores.
